Discounts and other tips.
Seattle is easy to reach with its major international airport and excellent public transit. Here's what you need to know:
Fly into SEA-TAC
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.
Alaska Airlines Discount
- Email or text Roma and Shaheen for the discount code
- Visit alaskaair.com and begin a standard flight search.
- On the flight search page, you'll see a field labeled "Discount Code" (typically located just below the departure/arrival fields).
- Enter the code
- Select your travel dates and click "Find Flights."
The fares shown in the results will already reflect the discount if applicable.
Light Rail to Downtown
The Link Light Rail runs directly from the airport to downtown Seattle in 40 minutes.
Rental Cars & Rideshare
Uber and Lyft available. Rental cars at the airport if you prefer to drive.
